Using this website
These terms apply when you use resource-trackhub.digital or engage Resource Trackhub for app analytics consulting. By using this site, you agree to use it lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to it.
Consulting engagements
The scope, timetable, deliverables, fee and payment schedule for consulting work are set out in a written proposal or statement of work. Work begins only after both parties accept that document. You remain responsible for product decisions made using our analysis.
Your data and access
You confirm that you have authority to provide any analytics data or system access needed for the engagement. We will use that access only to provide the agreed service and apply reasonable safeguards. Do not send personal or sensitive data unless it is necessary and explicitly agreed.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your source data and pre-existing materials. After full payment, you may use the final project deliverables internally without restriction. Resource Trackhub retains ownership of pre-existing methods, templates and general know-how.
Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care in preparing analysis, but app data can be incomplete or affected by tracking choices. Findings are provided with known limitations and are not a guarantee of commercial outcomes. We may update or temporarily withdraw this website without notice.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability relating to a consulting engagement will not exceed the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or loss caused by inaccurate data supplied to us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Questions may be sent to hello@resource-trackhub.digital.
