Before work starts
You may cancel a consulting engagement in writing before the agreed start date. If no work has begun and no non-recoverable costs have been incurred, payments made will be refunded in full. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 working days.
Deposits and reserved time
A proposal may require a deposit to reserve project time. The proposal will state whether that deposit is refundable. If you cancel fewer than five working days before the start date, we may retain the portion needed to cover reserved time and reasonable costs already incurred.
Work already started
Once work begins, completed discovery, data review, analysis, meetings and prepared materials are non-refundable. If you end the engagement early, we will provide completed work and refund any prepaid amount that clearly relates to work not yet performed, less committed third-party costs.
Rescheduling and no-shows
Meetings may be rescheduled without charge with at least one working day's notice. A missed session or late cancellation may be treated as delivered where preparation and reserved time cannot reasonably be recovered. We will make reasonable allowances for emergencies.
If we cancel
If Resource Trackhub cannot deliver the agreed service, you may choose a reasonable new date or receive a refund for the affected, undelivered work. If a material failure cannot be corrected within an agreed timeframe, we will refund the portion of the fee attributable to that failure.
How to request a refund
Email hello@resource-trackhub.digital with your name, project reference, reason for the request and relevant dates. We will acknowledge the request within two working days and explain any full or partial refund calculation. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
